Can you reserve the item I wish to exchange to?

I am afraid we can not reserve designs you wish to exchange to, however if you can return your item using a Tracked or Recorded delivery service or even provided us with a "Proof of Postage" receipt which you can send to us we can dispatch your requested exchange immediately
